Frequency Range

      The frequency range of AT-cut resonators can be manufactured from around 800KHz to 200MHz, with the most commonly used frequencies being between 3MHz and 150MHz. As the vibration mode is thickness-shear vibration, the fundamental frequency is commonly used for frequencies below 60MHz, while the 3rd overtone is used for frequencies between 60MHz and 125MHz.
